Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 3-5 days of receipt of the product. After this period, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 9155508882 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please include the RA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of your original order invoice inside the package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 3-4 days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Exchanges
